Standards of Employment

Danmark Security’s success depends on the image and performance of our employee. Danmark Security has standards which employees must meet at all times. The standards are as follows:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have access to an operational telephone.
Pass Local, State and Federal Background Check
U.S. citizen or alien lawfully authorized to work in the United States.
Able to hear and respond to spoken voice and audible alarms.
Able to read, write, and speak English.
Have a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

All employees must:

Wear complete uniform provided by Danmark Security while on premises. Ensure that uniform is clean and neatly pressed. Black shoes and either black or blue socks must be worn while on duty.
All employees will be on probationary status during the first 90 days of employment.
Undergo drug abuse screening in accordance with federal, state, and company requirements.

MEN

Conventional haircut and color, collar length in back, less than half ear covered on both sides.
Conventional shave, sideburn shorter than bottom of ear.
No jewelry except wedding band.

WOMEN

Conventional haircut and color, shoulder length; if longer, pulled back
Make-up and fingernails must be conservative.
No jewelry except wedding, engagement ring and/or conservative earrings.
